Initial consultation (for a new client) – 9500VT
Duration – 1 ½ to 2 hours initial consultation plus one follow up appointment (30min to 1 hour)
All initial consultations include one follow up appointment at no charge providing it occurs within 6 weeks of the original consultation date.
Standard consultation (for existing clients) - 4000VT
Acute consultations (30 to 40 min) - 4000VT.
Acute consultations are suitable for an 'acute illness' eg an injury or a cold/flu.
The majority of the herbs and supplements provided are practitioner only products not available to the general public. They are high potency and effective; and for this reason some of them are expensive.
Gillian will discuss the costs and benefits of each of the products with you prior to prescribing them. Products are used when they are either necessary for treatment success or will significantly increase the speed of healing within the body.
Depending on the product you are prescribed it may be possible to gain a repeat prescription of the product without the need for an additional consultation; particularly during the maintenance phase of the treatment plan.
WHAT TO BRING
Reflections Retreat is a very relaxed environment (just like the rest of Vanuatu). So pack light and only bring what you need to have a good holiday.
Bring a sun hat, swimming clothes, sun screen, thongs or slip on sandals, short and t-shirts.
Also, a pair of reef shoes is essential for any water activity as we are a tropical coral island.
And snorkelling gear if you have some.
Bring clothes suitable for a yoga or stretch class and shoes suitable for a nature walk.
A good book or two.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Do not bring high heels, dressy clothes or valuables. There is no place to wear them. They are safest at home.
We would love for you to be able to unplug completely when you visit us however we realise that is not always possible. We do have limited internet and telephone coverage if you need it. Vanuatu uses the same power plugs as Australia/New Zealand, so any electronics you bring will not need an adaptor.
There is no reliable TV reception in Havannah Harbour, however we are happy to provide you with a TV and DVD player on request and we have a range of DVDs you are welcome to choose from.
